By accessing and using MermaidGlimmer's AI technology consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

• Lead generation services for qualified business prospects

3. Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with the following terms:

• Pricing ranges from $45-$58 per qualified lead depending on advertising channel and service tier
• Lead qualification includes business verification, budget assessment, decision authority confirmation, and timeline validation
• We guarantee lead quality based on our specified qualification criteria
• Replacement leads will be provided at no additional cost if delivered leads do not meet qualification standards
• Payment is due within 30 days of lead delivery

4. Client Qualification Process

MermaidGlimmer reserves the right to qualify potential clients based on:

• Business legitimacy and verification
• Project budget alignment with our service offerings
• Timeline compatibility and project readiness
• Technical requirements within our expertise
• Decision-making authority of the contact person

We will review all inquiries and respond within 24-48 hours to qualified prospects.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Lead generation services: Payment due within 30 days of lead delivery
• Consulting services: 50% deposit required before project commencement, remainder due upon completion
• Monthly retainer services: Payment due in advance on the first of each month
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our AI consulting methodologies, proprietary tools, and service delivery processes remain the exclusive property of MermaidGlimmer. Client-specific deliverables and custom solutions developed during the engagement will be owned by the client upon full payment.

7. Confidentiality

MermaidGlimmer maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

8. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, MermaidGlimmer cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from our AI consulting services. Our services are provided on a best-effort basis using industry-standard practices and methodologies.

9. Limitation of Liability

MermaidGlimmer's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
